Moto G LTE (2015). Is there an app for data usage?

I just set up a moto G LTE for my sister and sent it off to her. I forgot to include an app for viewing data usage allotment for the month. I don't want her to run over her data limit and she's far from tech savvy.

Is there a stock "Usage Manager " or a third -party that will show data used and allow a "warning " threshold and a "stop /limit " threshold?

There's a stock one. Go to settings - Data Usage and switch mobile data on. There you can set data limit and change cycle.
