help with moto g2 wont start

im running kitkat 4.4.4 on my moto g 2 im facing a problem that my phone was restarting continuosly and cant go past the moto logo
now this has worsened and it displays the moto screen only once when connected to a charger then again goes blank
ive tried safe mode but cant get into it
also ive tried holding power and vol down key entering into boot mode and then selecting recovery but it again goes to moto logo screen and then blank
ive not tried factory reset as i cant lose my data
ive very imp pin and password of several accnt plus imp images which i cant lose
pls help me with this and provide a way to recover my data from phone that wont start
all those have been stored in color note app and there is no online backup as i think

Welcome to Android Central! If you have an SD card inserted, try removing it and rebooting. Otherwise, it may be a firmware or hardware issue, which would be difficult to fix.
