    Assuming you have a card in the phone, you should see 2 folders when you open the phone in WE - Phone and Card. Card is the SD card. (If there's no card in the phone, all you'll see is Phone.)

    You git to tell the phone....to allow windows to see yiur g3 folders. Plug in the usb cabke and then open the phone notification menu....see a notice fir usb and select transfer file option. Then WE sees an internal abdcexternal SD.
