    Other sounds work, but, phone will not ring. It does vibrate. Ringtone volume is set to highest.

    Have you already tried a reboot? Same problem happened to my wife's Moto G and power off and back on solved it.

    I have the same problem right now. Rebooting didn't do anything.
    Any other suggestions than aksing Amazon for another replacement?

    Edit: I already requested a replacement from Amazon, but after I was kinda "f*ck it, what's the worst that can happen?" and gently but firmly knocked on the back of my Moto G with my knuckles and suddenly the speaker was working again. Still going to send it back because it seems like it was a defective contact and there's no guarantee it won't stop working again.
