MOTO G 3 - Airtel SIM not reachable (Only incoming) for one of the SIM (Post paid)

Hi,

I am facing this issue for last 10 to 15 days.

I have MOTO G 3 and using two SIMs of Airtel. One post paid and one prepaid. repaid is fine. But the post paid SIM is not reachable. Only incoming is not working. Outgoing is fine. I have done several troubleshootings like : Restarting, changing slots, changing handsets, resetting, changing SIM. But still it is having the same problem. I observed one thing. If the signal is 100% without any fluctuation then incoming works. A slight or less fluctuation at the particular moment does not work.

Any help in this regard is really appreciated

This issue was resolved by a person from Airtel today. Before several people had guided several ways.

The solution is to change the network settings from 4G to 2G or 3G,,, However their technical team will look into why this appears when the network is in 4G
