moto g (2015) tripod adaptor

There is a long list of relatively inexpensive smartphone camera tripod adapters one will find on say amazon. However each smartphone has buttons, controls, and sensors in different locations such that any adapter that necessarily grabs onto the sides, top, and or bottom of a phone might press against such elements and also block access to those items as well as screen areas used to control taking images. Can anyone here point towards an adapter that will best integrate specifically with the moto g not getting in the way of its mechanical functionality?

Never used a tripod, but several universal windshield mounts, but they are typically adjustable to keep ports available and buttons accessible... I would assume you can find a similar design in a tripod mount.
