icons disappearing while coming out of apps on moto g

Hi, i've noticed that while coming out of an app sometimes makes the folders on the home screen simply blank and also the apps in the app drawer also disappear.. Has anyone experienced such an issue?

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the Launcher is restarting whenever that happens, whereas it should be remaining in memory. Are you rooted, running any custom ROMs? Or is it unrooted, and totally stock? Are you running any task killer apps?

No I'm not rooted and I'm using the stock android rom. Even no task manager apps..

It's a known bug affecting the 4.4.2 stock launcher. Third party Launchers (Nova/Apex etc) appear to be immune.

I have this quiet a bit
Its not annoying since it only takes half a second to come back
And I'm running 4.3 so its not kitkat related

Known to who? I don't have any problems whatsoever with the stock launcher.

Had the same, especially after leaving chrome or Skype. With chrome I think it was when too many tabs were open
After I started to use Nova never happened again.
