Why am I not able to see the window to enter temporary password to unlock my phone?

I am not able to see the window to enter temporary password to unlock my phone. Please help.

My phone is Moto G 1st version, with android lollipop version. I forgot the pattern lock, after entering incorrect pattrns for manier times, it is not giving an option to reset by Gmail account recovery. So i used Android device management to reset my phone lock, but its not allowing me to enter the temporary password.

Take the device to your carrier or network provider for assistance.
