I deleted my Moto G3's OS

Is your bootloader unlocked? If not, it is almost impossible to erase the system firmware...

Can elaborate a little more on what you think you did, which model, android version, etc?

It is the XT1540. The bootloader is unlocked. It had Android 6.0 but the stock is some version of lollipop..

It happened because my phone was bricked, so I went to clear it's storage. Silly me I didn't realize it included the OS.

For the 1GB RAM model, sure... it should work fine. Make sure you read and understand the flashing instructions and follow them to the letter, including the factory reset... deviating from them can cause "less than desirable" operation (read... bricking).
