Hi all, hoping someone can help. My phone was working fine this morning with no issues. However, it turned off and came up with "android is starting, optimising apps" It ran through this and then came back to the MOTOROLA screen for a second or two before flashing off and back onto the "android is starting screen". It has done this continually and will not start.
I pressed the power and down key, selected recovery and cleared the cache followed by a reboot but the same thing keeps coming up? Is my phone fried? My biggest concern is I only just returned from holiday and I have loads of pictures on the phone. I had an SD card inserted but I have removed that and there are no pictures on it now?
Any help greatly appreciated as I don't want to do a factory reset and loose my pictures.
