Moto G5 Plus ringer issue

[AC Question]

I have purchased Moto G5 PLUS and has replaced it once and still has the same issue with ringer, when i received the call i am not able to hear it nor any new notifications, can you help me fix this???

Try checking settings ,sounds make sure your not muted

Also having the exact problem, replaced my phone. Going to service center tomorrow. Hope it will work, otherwise will cancel it.

I restarted mine and it started working. if it does it again it is going back
