Just got a brand new Moto G4 Plus (16gb) off Amazon. Bought a nice case, screen protector & Lexar 64gb SD. My intention is to use it for a dedicated media device & backup phone.
Booted it up, charged it, updated everything, downloaded some apps & threw about 5000 songs on the MicroSD and it was good to go.
Used it for one day at the office in Airplane Mode. 8 hours and battery only went down 25%. Went home, turned it off.
Now here is where things get tricky. The next day I charged it for about an hour. When I tried to turn it on it went into a Load Screen loop. Eventually I had to power it down from the boot menu.
After all this it turned on & loaded fine. But it wasn't connecting to the internet. It would connect to any of our 3 WiFis but it would not connect to the internet through any. I had a phone on hand, a Moto X Pure that would fine.
What's up with this? Did I buy a faulty phone? How do I fix these?
