I am on Verizon, and downloaded the Motorola written Verizon Visual Voicemail. It just starts up, says 'New' in up Visual Voicemail, Please Wait...' and immediately just closes. I called Verizon and verify Basic Visual Voicemail was provisioned, and yes it was. Had them remove the feature, then add it back on. Any ideas? I move my fairly recently replaced SIM from my LG G3 to my G4 Plus. Visual Voicemail worked fine on my LG G3. I even performed a Factory Reset just to be sure.
