led light blinking but my mobile is not turning on why help me please!!!!

an ota came to my mobile after hard reset, i updated it. then my moto g4 plus started to reboot,then the update is finished,after that i have waited about 10 minutes to reboot on its own but my mobile dosen`t seems to be rebooting ,i was in panic state,while download the system update charge was around 98%,. then i tried to hold power button for 10 sec no response, then i tried 20sec,1,mts,5,mts,10 mts but nothing happened, then i tried to reboot into recovery mode that is also not working , then i connect my turbo charge ,i have seen led light was blinking 2sec once while connected to charger,while charging also i have tried to power on in the mobile as the same before connected to charger. but nothing is happening to me,i am very my worried about my device.please help me to fix me. i dont have money to invest in new mobile and even i dont have money to change motherboard please help me!!!
