I just got my phone (Moto G4 plus) back from repairs. Before that it had been backed up to google drive, and I'd even successfully reset it from a backup just days before it went it for service.
Now, however, it will not show when I try to set it up again, and I've tried a few times. The first time I could see the backup for the phone that I had borrowed from a friend for the 10 days my phone was away, but nothing else. Now it completely skips the step asking to choose a device.
I have two backups from this phone that I can see from google drive, both on my computer and in the app, but of course I can't do anything with them (except delete).
Does anyone know of a way to make my phone understand that it can use those files of restore?
(I'm on android version 6.0.1 btw)
