Can't play video and audio on Android phone!

[Android Central Question]

It happened just today spontaneously.
I can't watch videos and can't listen to music. I tried using in-storage videos, youtube, netflix (it gave error 5.0).
I checked the internet connection, I can surf perfectly, even typing this question from the same phone isn't a problem. Just videos and audios.

Another problem is that i can't talk on calls too due to this problem. My phone hangs during call too.

I did the factory reset too but still no luck.
I'm using moto g4 plus (running on Android 7.0)

Okay so I rebooted in safe mode.. nothing worked. But when I rebooted again normally the problem went away! Phones are crazy things lol.

UPDATE : The problem has resurfaced again.. I had a bit of out of sync problems with audio and video and i rebooted the phone and the same issue is again going on.. Last time it worked it showed the 'hello moto' booting video. Every time it doesn't pop up, the phone shows this error.

When you said that nothing worked in Safe Mode, were you testing apps that were preinstalled on the phone (like YouTube), or a 3rd party app like Netflix? You can only test preinstalled apps in Safe Mode.

This could still mean that some app you installed is causing problems.
