Welcome to the forums. You should have an app called File Manager, MyFiles or something similar already on the phone. If you can't find that, you can download a file manager app from the Play store.

    Hi there,

I don't have the G4, but I use Motorola phones. The file manager I like is Total Commander. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...TotalCommander

Also, you could try using the stock file explorer. Go to settings - storage & USB and there you can select SD card or internal storage and then 'explore'.

It is very simple, just go to menu button, after that select file manager. All the media means that, pictures, videos available in this. Please check.
