How are Moto X buyers justifying the price?

Wow... out of the hundreds of videos I've watched of the moto x, I haven't seen this video at all, and I am drooling from the performance. This totally blows my mind on how well the Moto X handles these games

If 300ish PPI is not either the limit or beginning of hard diminishing returns on screen quality, what's the point of 400, let alone 500?

Because apparently 350-360 PPI won't be good enough for the G2 Pro, which is what it would have been given the bigger screen and 1080p.

Just as a note regarding price: if you're getting the phone as a hardware upgrade in Canada, Rogers is throwing in a $50 mail in rebate. That means that the phone is $139.99 on a two year contract. Given that the device also comes with 50GB of storage (valued at around $50/year) you're getting decent value for money if you happen to put a lot of content in Google's cloud.
