My new set up:
Holo launcher HD, UCCW for the battery and weather widget, 12 hours clock widget, HD light icons.
No dock, swipe up for app drawer, down for notifications, tap home for Holo launcher menu, swipe home for Tasker menu.

EDIT:
I tried out different battery and weather widgets. Still created them with UCCW.

Just switched mine up a bit. Went from stock (with the same icons & widget) to using Nova Launcher & Cryten Icons. So far, really liking it.
The weather widget is from the Yahoo Weather app, wallpaper is an original photograph of mine.
