So I want a moto x but I have straight talk with an att sim. I've read in this thread that you need to root the att version to get it working. Moto X on Straight Talk? - xda-developers

Has anyone got the moto x working with straight talk with att? If so what is all involved. I dont really want to root. I see there is a dev edition now but I dont know if thats a guarantee.

I don't even see a nano sim on straight talk site and im nervous to cut mine without knowing it would work. I would switch to a tmobile sim but tmobile wont transfer in my area code.
