Hi guys

I have ordered brand new moto x directly from Motorola, was waiting for it 2 weeks, finally arrived nice clean moto x:

but after I began to use it I have noticed this:

It looks even more terrible in sunlight. As soon as I clean it - it disappears, but couple of finger swipes and - it's coming back :(

Anyone seen this?

Have you tried cleaning it with LCD screen cleaner or carefully with a little rubbing alcohol?

I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at. Do you have a screen protector on it?

Is it some sort of roughness and/or excessive smudging around the (thin) bezel that surrounds the screen?

Screen protector is exactly what I thought too. But can't really tell.

I'm thinking that's the protective shipping film that hasn't been removed. Bet your screen stays dark during/after a call when you move the phone away from your face...the proximity sensor is covered.

No screen protector, nothing, just a factory screen
