    So I was wondering if the low power cores for sensors and notifications run based on the hardware (sensors being used) or do they require specific APIs? The reason I ask is because if these run based on the sensor use, the majority of "battery draining apps" should be extremely efficient on the Moto X. In theory the fitness apps like Moves should be able to be run in background with little hit on battery life.
