I dont know if its a price mistake but i ended up ordering two of them.

The item number seems to be for buying the AT&T on contract, yet it's possible to click through and purchase without a contract. If you choose another phone on contract, for example the HTC One, it requires you to enter your contract information. For some reason the Moto X doesn't

There isn't. I jumped on it. We'll see what happens... If I knew I wouldn't get trapped somehow I'd buy a bunch & flip them. But if Dell catches it, they're more likely to honor it anyway with a purchase of 1 or 2 than an order of 10!

No. Only thing for my contract info was before entering my CC. Shipping address and phone #. Thats it

Mmmm if it was there I didnt see it. They will let you complete the order without filling in that info? After the order I got a email and a link to it and it shows 11/20/13 shipping date

They have slightly different SKU's. I googled them, and the cheaper one is a contract price and the higher one is off contract.

It didn't for me. After I placed the order, I went back and clicked to purchase an HTC One on contract, and it asked for contract info.

Same here. I got my order confirmation email immediately. Total of $436.70 for 2 - AT&T white 16GB Moto X's.

Okay it looks like you could leave the fields blank and still complete the order. Looking at my email at the bottom of the order:
