Quick messages are gone.

I no longer have the option to use quick messages when someone calls. I'm not sure if the update did this or what. I noticed it after a while and so I looked at the phone settings and they are still there, like j can edit them but when someone calls they don't show up.

Are u talking about the notifications? If it isn't at the very top of notifications, it won't show them. You can also do a 2 finger swipe down to expose them.

No, he's talking about when the phone is ringing you get an option to ignore the call with a predetermined text message.
I also noticed this is missing on my Moto X. Not sure when it happened though.
