    I ordered some accessories last week, got them on Monday. They started there 30% off promotion, so I jump on live chat with them and ask about getting a price match since I just missed it. It would save me about $8, do not laugh thats lunch at Chic-fila

    She says they cannot match or use the code as the order has been processed already. However for my trouble they will send me a $25 Google Play card!

    So far I have been very impressed with phone and now customer service.

    They are very awesome. When I ordered my X I noticed that I didn't have the option to "share" my design for a $10 Google Play Card. I hit up the chat, and they gave me a $25 on instead. When I saw the accessory deal (ordered a skip and a case with the phone) I thought about hitting them up again, but I'd already gotten $50 off the phone and another $10 off accessories, plus the GP card, so I decided I'd give customer service a break.

    I called about the "share" my design for a $10 Google Play Credit missing also, and they gave me a $25 gift card as well. Then last night I ordered a Dock. An hour later I called to see if I could add a Skip to my first order to avoid extra shipping fees. They asked what color I wanted and said she would give it to me free-of-charge. Moto Customer Service for the win!

    Amazing...my experience for a number of calls has been awful, starting with trying to understand the English they speak. The heavy accent (Indian maybe?) is almost impossible to understand to me

    Yesterday, Motorola sent me an email to let me know my gift card had been sent along with the tracking number. They also included the chat history and what to do to get back in touch with them if I felt like my issue want resolved satisfactorily.

    It's nice to see them working so hard on customer loyalty. Kudos Moto.
