Chances are the system is getting crushed under load to the point they can't log in to change the price.

yuup same here! My confirm adress buttion has been processing for like 5 min..so only time will tell..and yes still says 549..would make sense to me to increase server load

At least some of you managed to make it to the checkout. I almost finished the customization process and the site puked on me.

Well the website seems to be working slowly now. But I'm at my cart and it's still giving me full price not the cyber monday special price. It does say there was an error and they are unable to process the purchase at this time as well.

At the final screen for checkout but price still says 549 for the 32 gb version. What to do? I am half tempted just to order and see what they charge me. I signed up for the MOTO credit so I can always just return it or request a credit.

I was able to design my phone and got all the way to checkout(price was $499 though) and it said it was not able to process my order, so I cleared my cart and going through the process again. This is ridiculous!
