will AT&T return a motomaker phone

Need to return my phone to att so I can wait for the wood back. Its within 14 days. But didn't now if they'd give me a hard time because its customized.

You could call Motorola Motomaker customer support first. They can tell you what the easiest method will be.

They told me to go to the att store so I'm assuming its possible but they essentially said its play by att policy. Would like to hear from someone maybe who had done it

Yea i've done it, they took it back no problem.

So it turns out that I don't have a message on the boot up screen. Just realized it..duh. So called Moto and they will send me a shipping label to send back and then they will send me a new pin # to create a new phone. I have 14 days after I get the pin# to make the phone design. I'm praying that the wood backs are out by then. Pleaseeee
