Could someone tell me how to attach a screen shot to a post or to an email from my moto x

To attach a screen shot in an email just go to where you would compose the email, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner, select attach picture, select the screen shot from where it's saved and you'll be good. Not sure how to attach it to a post as I don't use my phone for replying to forums sorry.
