Moto X stuck on front facing camera

Anyone know how to get it back to the rear facing camera? I just opened the camera and it was like this I didn't even select the front facing camera.

Did you try to camera switch button on the bottom left when you're in the camera?

I uploaded the camera update and that fixed it.

Think my camera is busted. It was still acting up so I did a factory reset and no luck. I can't access the rear camera at all now

Same issue I'm having. All the sudden there's no switch button. After a hard reset, it never came back. I'm starting to not like Kit Kat very much

Same issue. After factory reset the the flip icon showed up? But when I pressed the icon to switch back to rear camera it took an UGLY picture from the front facing camera. Wish it were stuck on rear camera, I have never used the front! Oh well, Verizon sending me a new (refurbished) phone.
Anyone have any issues with these replacement refurb (not new) phones?
