Question on RMA Exchange

Hey guys. Anyone out there have to exchange their moto x within 14 days of purchase for being defective? How was the process? Just want to know how long I will be without a phone. Thanks For any help in advance.

Got mine in just over 24hrs when I did it. Easy process. I did advanced replacement.

There were two options for returning. I did the advanced return. They gave me a pin number to order a new phone. I had to pay the full price. The charge will be reversed when they get the defective phone back. The other option was to send the phone back before you can order the new one.

Yes.

I actually have another advanced in process. A bezel in my new one was not glued all the way. I could let it slide but I resale when I'm done.
