Moto X - Front facing camera problems

Have had the same 'lines' issue on video conferencing, Skype, and some selfies lol. Issue has stayed the same through 4.2.2 to 4.4.2, along with the camera update. Talked to a Motorola customer support and they offered to check my phone out, but not replace it.

Anyone else have this issue?

Have it checked out. its clearly not a software issue. A pic would help so we better understand what you are describing. Have it replaced under warranty.
