Touchless Control starting up at random?

Hello guys
I have a moto x and I love touchless control. The only problem is:
It was working fine but from a day to another it started turning on when watching TV, listening music and talking with someone.
Can someone guide me on setting up touchless control like it should be? I already tried training the launch phrase!

Are you training with and using the exact "Okay Google Now" launch phrase? If not, you need to.

I would try re-training the phrase in a quiet space (like your car...when you're not driving). Maybe it picked up a bunch of background noise when you were training it.
