Best protective case

Simple question, is the otterbox defender the best protection you can get for the x?
I have a daily case, just want something for trips to the beach or fishing....
Aesthetics doesn't really matter in this case.

I use the Kraken AMS. It is very durable but because of how thick the case is it does add a bit of bulk.

Thanx, I was unaware the trident had the built in screen protector.
Really wish we had a waterproof case for the x, but i guess this is as close as we can get..

sorry to bring this back up, but forgot one question...

To anyone who has this case, is it robust enough to put on an take off on a regular basis? For instance, if I only wanted to use it on weekends... does it look like it could handle that?

Yes it can definitely handle it. Mine is holding up amazingly, even after a couple drops and a baby throwing it.
