I've had my Moto X for about a year and I just noticed some slight burn in of the navbar and status bar. I went to play a game that takes advantage of immersive mode earlier today and noticed a little bit of burn-in of the navbar and status bar at the top and bottom of my screen. Is there any way to fix this short of replacing the screen or phone entirely?

There are a number of apps that might be able to help for mild cases. However, for more severe burn-in, it's probably irreversible. See this article: How to fix screen burn-in on your Android smartphone - AndroidPIT
