My wife's moto x was plugged into the stock charger to charge over night, in the middle of the night (at the time if this posting) she woke up to it shutting down without her requesting it. Now when we try to boot the phone absolutely nothing happens, no vzw logo or anything.... Just a black screen.
I've tried multiple other chargers and a pc USB port but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? My wife has baby milestones logged in a notepad app that she wants me to do everything I can to save,but so far the phone seems dead.
