Exclamation point next to data icon on 2014 Moto X with Lollipop
I purchased the Moto X second edition unlocked pure version,from Motorola web site.For a month I was able to run on KitKat without any issues.
After I have upgraded to Lollipop (5.0) I am seeing an exclamation point next to the data icon. Sometimes it takes a minute sometimes maybe 5 minutes to be able to use my data plan and access the internet!
There were situations when I could not even make a call.
When switching to WIFi mode I am able to use the phone to full capability. It is just when I am trying to use my carrier's network when I have a problem.
It is not related to the amount of data available, it reacts the same when I am at 100mba or 4 Gba.
I called Motorola and they guided me to a hard reset routine (that did not work). Nobody knows the fix for this! All I am reading is that people having different phones are experiencing the same issue.
Please advice, I am feeling very frustrated.
