Wifi disabled after reboot

Is anyone else having this problem:

Since I got 5.0, my phone's wifi is disabled after a reboot (either a proper shutdown/restart OR one of the many unexpected reboots I've experienced).. I have to go back into quick settings and turn Wifi back on, and everything's fine.

It talks about the type of issues that can be solved by doing the recommended fixes. Worst case scenario, is that you might need to factory reset. However, I think it could be easily fixed by clearing cache.
