Processes memory stats

Hey everyone, just an observation I'm noticing with the phone. If you want to developer options under be processed geeky stats, you can see the available running memory of everything and see what state the memory is a normal moderate Low / heavy. I'm guessing this changes with how it heavy or how frequent you're using the apps on the phone right? In contrast when you don't use a phone and let it idle for a few minutes ago is back down to normal correct?
