moto x and mi power bank incompatibly?

i just shifted from Nexus 5 to Moto X. Mi 5200 mah power bank that gives 2 charges for my nexus 5 is getting drained out by Moto X for just 60-70% charge.

I re-checked with other devices n the power bank is working fine. Is my moto X broken?

And moto X forget all my bluetooth devices 2 times till now in 2 weeks. I got Moto 360, Mi Fit, Jawbone era and car audio system connected to moto X. did this happen to u ?

also i suspect the phone is consuming too much power . whats ur ampere reading ?? .
