Storage Space Running Out

Says I have 10 GB left but I'm getting a notification saying "Not Enough Storage Space for System" and another notification saying "Storage Space Running Out". This is causing super slow boot up, terrible battery life, the back of the phone is hot, email not syncing, laggy everything. I tried a cache wipe and cleaning files using All-in-one toolbox. Phone died and this is what happened when I tried booting up after a charge. Any ideas before a factory reset? Thanks

Disregard... In case this happens to someone else, the phone is going to optimize apps. I takes about 10 minutes but I finally tries letting it run its course and the phone works fine now. Never seen this before. Usually it takes a matter of seconds to optimize apps.
