High Memory use - 85% RAM, it is normal?

Hey guys, recently I've been noticing a lot of app and launcher redraws and apps are not kept in memory for long. When I check my RAM (screenshot), the usage was pretty high? Is this the case for everyone? I'm on 6.0, stock.
