The install failed and the screened showed Android Man flat on his back and the words 'No command". Rebooting then went thru the process, showed the Motorola Logo then the same screen as the install showed.

Motorola support suggested that I perform an External Factory Reset.

I followed their instructions and performed a Wipe data / Factory Reset. The reset completed. Now all I get is the Motorola Logo and the device does not proceed any further.

Motorola will not offer any more support as the device is out of warranty.

I would like to get the device running without having to pay a local repair service.

Anything I can do short of that?

    Thanks for any help.
