How is the turbo charger? How much time does it take to charge full?
They haven't launched one in India so I am waiting for it. Is it OK if we play while charging through turbo charger?

Here in Brazil the phone came with the Turbo charger in the box. The speed of charge depends on how full the battery is and it gets slower the closer it gets to 100%. As an average I would say you can charge 50% in a bit less than an hour (from 30 to 80% for example).

While turbo charging the phone gets a bit hot. I wouldn't recommend using it a lot while plugged, specially with heavy games, because it can get very hot. Better using a normal charger in those occasions.

Not sure about that. Maybe that rate is for the 20 or 25 Turbo charger models. I'm using the 15 one that came with the phone. As an average I would say you can get 1% of charge, or a bit less, every minute. I'll check next time I use it.

I charged the phone when there was 30% left and checked the level every 15 minutes. It was on WiFi with the usual background processes running.

So it takes approximately 1hour and 30 mins to charge full. It's good

Yeah, more or less. Just notice how the charging rate slows down the closer it gets to 100%. Turbo charging is specially good for partial charges when you don't have much left.

Is there a recommended turbo-charger for the battery, or any charger designated as "turbo charger" would do?
How many Amps are recommended or allowed for the 3630mAh battery?

Check the Motorola site or big retail shops for price and availability in your area. Maybe you could find a cheaper one that works but I wouldn't risk.

I use "Aukey Quick Charge 2.0 42W 3 Ports", purchased from Amazon. One Quickcharge 2.0 socket and two other high power sockets.

Does your phone have usb type c charger port or normal micro usb port.

Here in India we have micro USB Port.

Until now all X Play models come with the same USB port, so you can use your old charging leads. The only difference I've noticed is that the Turbo charger cable needs a little effort to be plugged in.
