I just upgraded my phone to a Moto X Play running Marshmallow and boy, am I ever enjoying it! It has the horsepower and battery life to leave "OK Google" detection activated all day. I'm now using Google Voice Search on a regular basis.

One annoyance, though: every time I use Google Voice Search, it leaves a new instance in the Recent Apps list. Scrolling through the list, I find just about as many Google windows as other apps. How can I force new Google Voice Searches instances to simply replace the existing one in the Recent Apps list?

    Turn the phone off
Press power button and volume down
Use volume buttons to scroll until you did recovery
    Quickly tap power
Spam volume and power (can't remember what to press) until a menu comes up
    Go to reset phone
    Power button
    Yes
    Power button
(There are far better guides than this)
