    My phone finally arrived at the pickup location. Heading there now :-).... Shipped Wednesday night and delivered by Friday Afternoon is impressive.

    Anybody have any luck canceling their order after the first day? Mine still shows estimated delivery of 9/15 but the build status is still at Order Approved. Last thing they told me is that it will be in a batch shipped on 9/21 or 9/23. I'm going to be out of town for at least a week then and since I'm using a broken phone now, I'm probably going to have to activate an old phone for my trip. I think I should just cancel for now and wait until it's been out a while.
    As I recall, when finalizing my order, one of the screens stated that you had one hour (may two?) to cancel your order; otherwise, you would have to go through the return process after receiving the phone.

    I just got off chat and phone with Motorola. Same excuses, they don't know when it's coming and can't tell if it's being built yet but then when I want to cancel they say it can't be canceled because it's being built. Finally got someone on the phone who would submit a cancellation request but they said they can't guarantee it will be canceled but that they would send me an e-mail tomorrow. I doubt that's going to happen as they've never followed up when they said they would. I used moto credit to buy the phone so I don't think I have any recourse there.

    Somewhere back in this thread, I think someone else mentioned a situation similar to yours. In that person's case, even though he/she was told it would be cancelled, the phone was delivered anyway.

    The delay in getting my phone is going to give me the opportunity to take a serious look at the new Nexus phones. If I really like one of them, I will cancel my moto order before they get it to me.

    i was charged two days ago? I was supposed to get mine 3 days ago. And correlation on when you are billed and when it ships? Maybe Im getting it sooner than later?

    My replacement has shipped! FedEx shows a Tues arrival, awesome. Once I pick it up, I'll return the one I've been using for the pas few days (the replacement is similar except for the champagne frame, which wasn't available earlier).

    FWIW, I ordered the second on on 9/11, just got the shipped notice tonight.

    And here, I ordered mine on the 2nd, within 45 minutes of the pre-order going live, have a 9/21 delivery date but was told by Moto that it was shipping on the 15th. There's nothing in FedEx and no notifications from Moto. So, I highly doubt I'm getting it on Monday. I have no right to be annoyed until after the 21st, but I am real, real close knowing that I'm not going to have it in hand until who knows when.

    Mine arrived only one day late. The FedEx tracking information was inaccurate and arrived one day before scheduled delivery.

    What's next?! Flat tire? This is my first time buying from Motorola. May be my last (after the Moto 360 2nd gen and Moto 360 Sport). Never had such a bad buying experience before.

    You guys should still have your phones by the expected delivery date. Mine also went through the same clearance delay and a few others on here did also and I still got mine a day early. About the same time frame as yours also

    Just got off the phone with FedEx and apparently the clearance paperwork was missing in the shipment So they requested it from Motorola who are of course taking forever
