Beware-the soft-grip surface at the back of your Pure can be easily scratched by your fingernails

My deep sea blue silicon back just got two new scratches after only two weeks of regular use. I'm really keeping my phone away from sharp objects, and I couldn't understand where these scratches came from. A quick test with my fingernail got me the answer for that.
So don't think the silicon back materiel is scratch-proof, because unfortunately it's not.

I've had my silicon-backed XPE for about a month, and it looks like new. Testing it just now with my fingernail, without REALLY digging in and TRYING to cut it, didn't leave a mark. While it is no doubt possible to scratch it, I sure wouldn't say that it is easily scratched.
