Unfortunately, camera has stopped

My camera has not worked all day! I've never seen this on any phone I've owned! I have rebooted and that didn't help! Any ideas out there on what to do, other than send the phone back?

Have you tried a cache partition wipe? That could be helpful.

Please let us know if it works.

What camera app are you using? You could always download a third-party camera app to make sure it's a software issue and not a hardware issue.

If it's the stock app I doubt you can uninstall it, but you could try Google Camera or something else just to make sure it's not the camera hardware.

I installed Z camera app & it did work! Kind of cool app (don't like that you cant pick location SD card to save to) So I uninstalled the stock Moto camera app & reinstalled and for now it's working again. Thanks to all
