    I have a serious problem ... My Motorola xt1058 does not make nor receive any link or connection dedados furniture.

    In CQA Test accuses:

    PHONE ICCID: PHONE_ICCID_UNKNOWN
    SIM ICCID: 89550660639000666192

    and the following message is shown in red:

    PHONE ICCID Compare with SIM ICCID: ERROR

    How do I solve this problem?

    Note: I have reinstalled several roms and always of this error

    I've problem about phone ICCID compare to Sim ICCID error and I have done all what I know to make it solve all the same the problem is till there what should I do now pleas help me or your product is not good to be proud please help me find solution to it

    People have been posting, know as tell the that you have find solution to why or you don't won't us be buying you product or what because I don't even understand you. And if care is not taking I will tell the that you are not capable of producing phone. As from now make sure you find solution to it. About the issue of phone ICCID compare to Sim ICCID error and it we appear in red

    As noted in the posts above, that most likely means the phone is network locked and you need a new SIM. You need to contact your carrier.

    As noted in the posts above, that most likely means the phone is network locked and you need a new SIM. You need to contact your carrier.
