1) So it's a wrong for a manufacturer to improve their product portfolio? It's not as if the RAZR was sold for three weeks, discontinued, then replaced by the RAZR MAXX; Motorola pushed out a second device aimed at a different market offered at a different price point. That's not being burned, that's just being unhappy with a purchase that you decided to make.
2) RAZR line started with Gingerbread, now they're at Jelly Bean. How is that "no updates?"
