Unfortunately, system is not writeable outside bootloader or recovery - so, whatever bloat you delete from system/app will re-appear after reboot. The way it works that changes to the system files are reflected in the current session of operating system are not permanent and not carried out to the actual ROM - so, when you delete files from system/app - they will appear to be gone but the next time you reboot - they will all re-appear because they were never deleted from the actual ROM.
Permanent removal will only be possible after bootloader is unlocked or bootstrap solution found, at least to my knowledge.
